Connectivity to the Internet is provided by Telecom (formerly ETC) either through modem (internal or external) or CDMA or EVDO using dial-up or broadband. In my office we are using broadband using a Linksys modem that was set and is managed by ETC technicians. Connectivity to the intenational Internet is also provided by Telecom and is either through fiber optic or VSAT.
